Principles of attacking and defending, tactical positioning (individual, line, team), transitions and vice versa, effective communication, understanding advantages and disadvantages, reading the situation and making decisions, maintaining position behind the ball, training with high intensity, improving physical conditioning week by week through exercises aligned with the playing style, keeping players healthy, and building a winning mentality — which is ultimately a mindset.
Coach Bandović believes in a disciplined, fast, and intelligent brand of football. “I am nothing without you, and you are nothing without your teammate. Play for him, and he will play for you.” In attitude: patience and consistency. Give a big effort — no limits.
